For more than 20 years I've specialized in one thing: income-producing commercial real estate. Multifamily, retail, industrial, office, and mixed-use — the assets people buy for cash flow and hold for wealth.

Over that span I've represented private investors, syndicators, family offices, and 1031 exchangers on both sides of the table, across San Diego & Southern California. The work hasn't changed: understand the asset, underwrite it honestly, and represent the client's interest like it's my own capital on the line.

How I work

Underwriting before opinion

Every recommendation starts with the numbers — T-12s, rent rolls, and comps — not a gut feel. If the deal doesn't pencil, I'll tell you.

Relationships over transactions

Most of my business is repeat and referral. That only happens when you put the client's long-term outcome ahead of any single commission.
